[Responsibilities]
1. B2B Sales Management Assistance
- Monthly FCST & BUD preparation
- Monthly sales closing tasks back up
- Input sales and volume of B2B products to IT system
- Purchase Order management
- Engage in continuous process improvement activities
2. B2B Delivery Management Assistance
- B2B product delivery adjustment reflecting partner’s request
- Monthly sales statement management
- Ability to adjust production plans through consultation with Plant
3. Customer service management Assistance
- Follow the standards for customer service processes such as: master data management, sales order processing, queries and complaints management, supply chain issue management
4. Market & product trend monitoring, Administrative tasks
- To conduct industry, market, and product analysis to get the industry trend via
using various tools such as IMS, Ubist
- Using data insights and analyzing sales performance to develop and deliver a comprehensive territory plan to drive value and deliver growth.
- Document management (Contracts, Draft, PO, etc.)
[Qualifications]
1. New employee or less than one year of experience
2. A person who has a customer service mind.
3. A person who has experience in inventory management and document management
4. A person with experience in project management
5. A person who has continued experience in business management.
6. Good communication and tailored-negotiation skills
7. Fluent in English speaking, writing, and reading
