[Summary of ​Position]

  • Acquire ​various ​knowledge for ​effective promotion and management ​of ​product
  • Develop comprehensive ​strategy and create ​effective marketing ​programs ​
  • Delivering product’s ​information ​and ​accurate key message ​in ​the field through ​a ​sales ​reps training
  • Contribute to ​sales and ​profit ​achieved through ​the accurate ​analysis, ​review, marketing plan
  • Continuous ​sales growth ​and improved brand awareness through internal and external customer management (customer service)
  • Increase efficiency through planned budgeting and management   
  • Follow code of conduct (CP regulations)


[Responsibilities]

  • Acquire knowledge applicable to products related to each PM’s therapeutic area (and core products)
  • Business planning for core product by TA: Market /
  • Competitor / Customer analysis, SWOT analysis, Segmentation / Targeting /Positioning, Key message development, Objective, Marketing strategy
  • Implementation of creative marketing programs and follow up its results for continuous improvement
  • Regular sales rep training to improve scientific knowledge: Product information & Key messages, Clinical trials, Market & competitor trend, Customer issue
  • Make collaboration with sales team to deliver effective marketing activities
  • New product Introduced feasibility examination and sales forecast
  • Management of medical societies and Drs.
  • Main customers management with sales team
  • Marketing budget management: Annual budget management by product and account in yearly plan
  • Customer requests and complaints management: Effective management through the cooperation of MR and related departments (ex. Product information, NHI guideline, Quality, Contract, etc.)
  • Monthly sales forecast & sales analysis reporting by TA
  • Follow code of conduct (CP regulations)


[Qualifications]

  • More than 3 years of experience(prefer the experience in Obesity Products) preferably in pharmaceutical industry with relevant experience in sales & marketing
  • University degree above, give preference to related specialty (pharmacy, chemistry, biology)
  • Communication and presentation skill, Leadership skills, MS Excel and Powerpoint skills required
