[Responsibilities]
1. Acquire knowledge applicable to products related to each PM’s therapeutic area (and core products)
2. Business planning for core product by TA: Market / Competitor / Customer analysis, SWOT analysis, Segmentation / Targeting / Positioning, Key message development, Objective, Marketing strategy
3. Implementation of creative marketing programs and follow up its results for continuous improvement
4. Regular sales rep training to improve scientific knowledge: Product information & Key messages, Clinical trials, Market & competitor trend, Customer issue
5. Make collaboration with sales team to deliver effective marketing activities
6. New product Introduced feasibility examination and sales forecast
7. Management of medical societies and Drs.
8. Main customers management with sales team
9. Marketing budget management: Annual budget management by product and account in yearly plan
10. Customer requests and complaints management: Effective management through the cooperation of MR and related departments (ex. Product information, NHI guideline, Quality, Contract, etc.)
11. Monthly sales forecast & sales analysis reporting by TA
12. Follow code of conduct (CP regulations)
[Qualifications]
1. More than 2 years of experience preferably in pharmaceutical industry with relevant experience in sales & marketing. Especially the working experience in Nephrology.
2. University degree above, give preference to related specialty (pharmacy, chemistry, biology)
3. Communication and presentation skill, Leadership skills, MS Excel and Powerpoint skills required
