[Responsibilities]


• Manage ​Data ​system ​Operating (Proposal, ​Budget Tracking & Management ​by ​product, regularly)

• Support ​domestic and international ​congress (Sponsorship ​for ​KEE)

• Support Marketing ​Event ​Support: ​booth exhibition, AD ​in ​congress, ABM, Symposium ​and ​any ​other Scientific meeting ​by Alvogen ​Korea

• Prepare ​POA (Plan ​of Action), ​Workshop ​in overall aspects

• Manage ​Purchase Order ​processing & Agency Communication

• Manage New Vendor Creation & Vendor management system

• Support Business Trip: Hotel, Flight arrange, Internal Approval processing

• Conduct HR-related tasks: Interview scheduling, New Comer Set-up, Communication with HR

• Organize Internal & External Meetings

• Manage the Marketing & Warehouse Equipment

• Record and file all marketing expenses to provide update expense status to Marketing group

• Provide copy articles, literature, and books to product managers

• Pick-up and distribute incoming mail, fax, and other internal documents

• Pack-up and send in-house mail and package

• Carry out any other tasks that is required for marketing dept.’s operation


[Qualifications]


• Less than 3 Years of related working experience preferred(Administration or sales and marketing assistant)

• Bachelor's Degree or above preferred

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• A high level of attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
