[Responsibilities]

1. Conduct ​in-depth ​market ​analysis of ​the CNS area (Psychiatry, ​Neurology, ​etc.) to ​identify unmet medical ​needs and ​market ​trends.

2. Develop ​evidence-based ​marketing ​strategies by leveraging ​real-world ​data (RWD) and ​clinical ​trial ​results specific to ​psychiatric conditions.

3. ​Monitor ​and analyze ​competitive landscape ​within ​the CNS market ​to ensure ​differentiated product positioning and long-term brand growth.

4. Facilitate seamless cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Medical Affairs, and business partners to ensure aligned execution of brand strategies.

5. Regular sales rep training to improve scientific knowledge: Product information & Key messages, Clinical trials, Market & competitor trend, Customer issue

6. New product Introduced feasibility examination and sales forecast

7. Management of medical societies and Drs.(Main customers management with sales team)

8. Marketing budget management: Annual budget management by product and account in yearly plan

9. Customer requests and complaints management: Effective management through the cooperation of MR and related departments (ex. Product information, NHI guideline, Quality, Contract, etc.)

10. Monthly sales forecast & sales analysis reporting by TA

11. Follow code of conduct (CP regulations)


[Qualifications]

1. More than 3 years of experience preferably in pharmaceutical industry with relevant experience in sales & marketing

2. University degree above, give preference to related specialty (pharmacy, chemistry, biology)

3. Communication and presentation skill, Leadership skills, MS Excel and Powerpoint skills required
