[Responsibilities]
1. Conduct in-depth market analysis of the CNS area (Psychiatry, Neurology, etc.) to identify unmet medical needs and market trends.
2. Develop evidence-based marketing strategies by leveraging real-world data (RWD) and clinical trial results specific to psychiatric conditions.
3. Monitor and analyze competitive landscape within the CNS market to ensure differentiated product positioning and long-term brand growth.
4. Facilitate seamless cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Medical Affairs, and business partners to ensure aligned execution of brand strategies.
5. Regular sales rep training to improve scientific knowledge: Product information & Key messages, Clinical trials, Market & competitor trend, Customer issue
6. New product Introduced feasibility examination and sales forecast
7. Management of medical societies and Drs.(Main customers management with sales team)
8. Marketing budget management: Annual budget management by product and account in yearly plan
9. Customer requests and complaints management: Effective management through the cooperation of MR and related departments (ex. Product information, NHI guideline, Quality, Contract, etc.)
10. Monthly sales forecast & sales analysis reporting by TA
11. Follow code of conduct (CP regulations)
[Qualifications]
1. More than 3 years of experience preferably in pharmaceutical industry with relevant experience in sales & marketing
2. University degree above, give preference to related specialty (pharmacy, chemistry, biology)
3. Communication and presentation skill, Leadership skills, MS Excel and Powerpoint skills required
