• Lead the implementation of the strategic marketing development plan for designated products
• Identifies business opportunities and develops new business cases
• Manage alliance products and to lead newly launch future pipelines
• Drives motivation of team members & sales force towards brand aspirations
• Maximize the product potential in accordance with Alvogen’s corporate strategy to successfully
achieve the sales, revenue and profit.
• High level of market knowledge to successfully implement marketing tactics & activities
• Establish and build a strong relationship with key health professionals
• Coach and support team members for talent development

• Achieving the annual targets, set out for designated products, teams
• Building strategic milestones to achieve planned marketing objectives
- Managing and executing tactical plans within the specified time frame
- Manage product / therapeutic area / budgets followed by the marketing plan & modifications

- Manage and lead promotional activities in line with Alvogen’s branding and key messages
- Review and approve materials, programs and initiatives
• Lead the marketing preparation for new launches
• Influence team members to work with towards goal achievement by using appropriate leadership behavior
• Enhance marketing effectiveness thru cross functional collaboration both internal and external
stakeholders
• Build strong relationship with members of related medical associations & KOLs
[Qualifications]
• University bachelor’s degree (advance degree in relevant majors – pharmaceuticals, biology and business – is preferred)
• More than 15 years (7+years of marketing experience)in the pharmaceutical industry – is preferred
• Proven record of successful management of brand or portfolio.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills
• Good understanding of the market and customers dynamics
• People management experience desirable
• Familiarity with marketing and business principles
• Ability to engage, influence and negotiate with senior leaders and cross functional stakeholders.
• Capability to lead change and innovation
• Entrepreneurial mind set to cultivate business with a proactive attitude
• Goal-oriented & excellent in execution
• Proficient with MS Office work
